Enter the Pay Yourself First Challenge. FNBO Direct

Create Your YouTube Account
To enter the Pay Yourself First Challenge, you will need a YouTube account.

  1. Visit www.youtube.com.
  2. Current YouTube users can use their existing YouTube account. New users can create a new YouTube account by clicking the "Sign Up" link at the top right of any YouTube page.

Upload Your Video
Once you've created and finished editing your video, make sure it's in an acceptable file format (AVI, MOV, WMV or MPG) and you're ready to upload.

  1. Click the "Upload" button in the upper right-hand corner of any YouTube page.
  2. Enter as much information about your video as possible, including Title, Description, Tags and Category. The more information you include, the easier it is for users to find your video.
  3. Set your video to Public.
  4. Click the "Upload a Video…" button.
  5. In the next window, click the "Browse" button to locate and select your video file on your computer.
  6. Click the "Upload Video" button.

Please note that it can take several minutes for your video file to upload from your computer to YouTube.

Submit Your Video to the PYFChallenge YouTube Group
Once you've uploaded your video to your YouTube account, you're ready to enter the Pay Yourself First Challenge.

  1. Read the FNBO Direct Official Rules at www.pyfchallenge.com/officialrules. By submitting your video to the PYFChallenge YouTube Group, you agree to the terms of the contest.
  2. Visit www.youtube.com/group/pyfchallenge.
  3. Click "Join This Group" on the upper right of the page. Your membership request will be sent to PYFChallenge. We will respond to your request within two business days.
  4. Once you have been accepted into the PYFChallenge group, visit www.youtube.com/group/pyfchallenge and click the "Add Videos" link on the upper right of the page.
  5. Select your video from your YouTube account and click the "Add to Group" button to submit your video to the Pay Yourself First Challenge. All video submissions must be approved by PYFChallenge before they will become available for viewing on the PYFChallenge YouTube Channel.
  6. Regularly check the email account associated with your YouTube account. FNBO will contact each individual that submits a video to obtain current contact information for use during the selection process.
